For those of you who have an Auxiliary, I would like to know how often your Auxiliary meets with their entire membership. Also, do they serve lunch at the meetings or any other type of refreshments?
If lunch or refreshments are served, who pays for it? What is covered in the meetings?
I apologize if this is totally out of date, but here's my feedback:
We have a monthly (july,aug not included)general meeting which includes lunch provided by the hospital. The meal includes a sandwich & salad bar and dessert.(Our volunteers get a meal for each shift, so this doesn't represent a huge additional expense. The setup by dietary is a perk.)
The meeting is generally attended by 45-55 members and includes a business meeting and an outside speaker.
